Each candle is wrapped in tissue, cradled in a custom kraft box, and cushioned with biodegradable filler. Gift orders include a satin ribbon and (on request) a handwritten note. Everything is fragile-safe and gift-ready out of the box.

If your candle arrives damaged, send us a photo within 48 hours and we'll replace it on us — no questions, no fuss. Because handmade items are unique, we don't accept returns for "change of mind", but we'll always make it right if there's an issue.
